Mosaic Platform Release Notes
Mosaic Platform: Continuous Evolution for Enhanced Security and Usability
At Transmit Security, we’re constantly refining the Mosaic Platform to provide a more robust, user-friendly experience, ensuring that our customers are equipped with the most advanced tools to tackle identity management, fraud prevention and identity verification challenges. This bi-weekly update reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation, security and user experience.
Highlights
Fortify Your APIs with the API Security Solution
We’ve introduced the first phase of our API Security Solution to help safeguard your services from cybersecurity threats and protect sensitive data. This release includes API Discovery, allowing identification and tracking of key API endpoints through specific path filters, and API Monitoring, which provides visibility into API traffic. With customizable filters for timeframes, hosts and user agents, this solution offers critical oversight into API interactions, with more features such as advanced analytics and threat intelligence on the way.
Customer Identity Management
Refining Identity Orchestration with Journey Fragments
Our journey-building experience just took a leap forward with the introduction of Journey Fragments. Now, users can break down complex identity orchestration flows into smaller, more manageable components. By using the “Disconnect” function, you can split a journey into fragments, making editing specific parts of the process simpler and more intuitive. This enables teams to iterate on specific journey segments faster while maintaining the larger orchestration intact, delivering both efficiency and accuracy across deployments.
Test, Iterate, Perfect: New "Test Journey" Playground for Standard Journeys
Our journey builder has also been enhanced to improve the user experience, eliminating the need to regenerate test apps when changes are made to journeys. This update ensures a smoother demo experience, especially with the integration of Passkeys.
TOTP API for Secure Transaction Signing
We’ve launched the TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) API for Transaction Signing, providing an additional layer of security for transaction approvals. This solution ensures that user-approved transaction details remain untampered and verifiable, offering critical security for industries like finance and banking where transaction integrity is essential.
Fraud Prevention
Targeted Device Actions for Unmatched Security — Device Public Key Filtering
To strengthen fraud prevention, we’ve added Device Public Key Filtering to the Get Recommendations node in Automated Workflows. This feature allows businesses to filter devices by their public keys and take actions like adding them to a deny list or triggering further investigations. It’s particularly useful in mitigating risks from fraud rings by quickly identifying and responding to associated devices.
Master Device Security with Our Secure Device Identity Guide
We’ve published a new guide focused on Secure Device Identity, covering essential concepts like device fingerprints, public keys and behavioral signals. This guide serves as a resource for enhancing fraud detection and securing user sessions through a multi-layered approach to device verification.
Identity Verification
Built-in Support for Canadian French with Hosted IDV
Delivering a seamless experience for global customers is one of our top priorities. That’s why we’ve expanded support for Canadian French in both our Hosted Authentication and Identity Verification experiences. Customers in Québec can now access these key services fully localized, ensuring that businesses remain compliant and provide a native-language experience for users.
