We’re excited to announce the Self Service Branding for SSO Hosted UI, empowering admins to create a customized, branded experience for Mosaic's SSO hosted UI with ease. This feature introduces a new “Experience Management” option under SSO Service, enabling admins to upload a logo and define primary, secondary and background colors to personalize the look and feel of the hosted SSO screens to align with their brand identity.

Fraud Prevention

Seamless Investigate Panel Integration in Recommendations Page

The Investigate feature has been integrated directly into the Recommendations page as a side panel, enabling quick review of user actions by simply clicking or browsing with the keyboard. This streamlined experience allows analysts to investigate and compare actions side by side, facilitating faster analysis and decision-making. Specific actions can also be shared easily by copying the investigation link, enhancing team collaboration and visibility.

Explore Advanced Filtering with SQL-like Queries

We're launching a new SQL-like filtering interface on the Investigate page, now in early availability! Users can switch to an advanced mode for intuitive query-based data searching, allowing for customized sorting and easy sharing of specific views via URL. Simply set filters as usual, click “Advanced” to see them in query syntax, and explore helpful examples to refine your searches more precisely and efficiently. Planned future enhancements include auto-complete, support for complex expressions and the ability to save custom views for ongoing use.

ID Verification for Mobile Apps Made Easy: Code-Free, Seamless and Ready to Deploy

We're also introducing the Smart UI for IDV's Mobile SDKs (iOS and Android), a fully integrated, code-free option that brings a seamless identity verification experience to mobile applications — no custom UI design or coding required. With Smart UI, customers can access a pre-configured, native experience across iOS and Android that integrates all the features and benefits of our IDV solution while streamlining the integration process, reducing development time and significantly lowering costs.

These new SDKs grant a consistent, intuitive identity verification across platforms, supported by a unified configuration set, comprehensive cross-platform analytics and enhanced fraud detection through enriched mobile-native risk signals. Designed to deliver an efficient, user-friendly verification process, Smart UI enables a frictionless experience for end users and a rapid deployment path for businesses.

PII Session Deletion Button Added to the Verification Page Experience

We're introducing the “Delete Session” button, now accessible on the verification page to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The deletion process is fully compliant with data protection regulations and includes role-based access (RBAC) to ensure that only authorized users can perform this action. Each deletion is logged for audit purposes, and a pop-up confirmation appears to confirm the permanent removal of personally identifiable information (PII).

Client Component Redesign for Improved User Experience

The Client component has been redesigned to provide a smoother, more intuitive experience. With clearly organized tabs, customers can now configure settings with greater flexibility and ease. Whether managing OIDC or SAML clients, the updated interface streamlines workflows and boosts efficiency.

Introducing User-Level Language Setting for Personalized Communication

The new User-Level Language setting allows customers to set and manage a user’s preferred language during user creation and member-organization assignment, enabling more tailored communication. This setting currently applies to all admin-initiated and API-initiated emails, ensuring messages are delivered in the user’s chosen language.

Localization Support Added to Organization Admin Portal

The Organization Admin Portal now automatically adjusts to the language of the user’s browser, providing seamless localization support. This enhancement allows business customers and their organizations to access and manage the portal in their preferred language, improving usability and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.

Tailor Your Authentication Experience with Configurable OIDC Prompts

Customers can now configure the optional OIDC prompt values — Login, Consent and None — tailoring the authentication experience to meet their organization’s specific requirements.
